How to make a bomb in three easy steps... - Prof. Green
This may as well have been the title of todays lecture. The mad bloke that stands at the front ranted about interesting things today and told me how to make a nuclear bomb and then went on to tell me about new and interesting way in which to poison people. And then he reminded me of a link posted by Pobice a while ago, it was about some American that irradited his house and things with something in smoke alarms. Now this particular radioactive element is still contained in smoke alarms, possibly as much as 1 mg so with lots of smoke alarms and a DIY particle accelerator I bet we could make us some uranium in no time....
Just a thought.
If I was one of those door to religion sales persons I would probably have said "Armagedon is almost upon us" or some such drivel. Everyone should know by now that the world is doomed.
